• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchange, and security practices • Watch for and recognize security risks and thief, and know how to prevent or handle these situation• Exchange merchandise for customer and accept returns• Stock shelves, tables, racks, cases and bins with new or transferred merchandise• Ticket, arrange, and display merchandise to promote sales

• Prepared Espresso drinks and other custom drinks orders.• Perform opening and closing duties according to established side-work checklist• Demonstrates great teamwork by cooperating with and assisting co-workers• Providing assistance by responding to customer questions in an effective and efficient manner• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying decision-making process• Assisting in daily Food and Beverage inventory management & control• Calculate and distribute tips for employees after each shift.
