The year was 2000, and I had just stepped onto the set at MultimediosTV in Monterrey, México, as a fresh-faced News Anchor. Armed with a passion for journalism and a background in law and communications, I quickly made a name for myself in the news circuit.At MultimediosTV and Milenio Noticias, I wore many hats, from news anchor to News Director, and eventually Regional News Director. Along the way, I led teams of talented professionals, delivering live news, managing multiple newsrooms, and creating content that truly resonated with our audience. Together, we drove up ratings and revenue, building a reputation for ourselves in the industry.In 2014, I joined NBCUniversal Telemundo as a News Anchor for KTAZ, diving into a new chapter. My journey here has been a continuation of that drive, where I’ve grown to Lead News Anchor and Host of Enfoque Arizona. Alongside my incredible team, we’ve pulled in viewers, told important stories, and earned multiple Emmy awards for our work.In 2021, I took on a new role as Lead News Presenter for Noticias ENLACE 1190 on Radio 1190AM KNUV, where I deliver the morning news to Arizona’s listeners.Through it all, I’ve stayed true to one goal: to craft stories that inform, educate, and empower the community. It’s this passion for storytelling that led me to create INTEGRA MEDIA GROUP, a business consulting venture aimed at bridging gaps within the Hispanic and Latino communities in the U.S.Looking back, the rewards have been far beyond any trophy (though the Telly Award and several Emmys are nice reminders!). I’m energized to keep pushing boundaries, sharing stories that matter, and making a difference. Here’s to the next chapter!
