I'm a proactive person who takes risks, but also I´m conscious about my decisions. I like to take the first step and it doesn't paralyze me, without the first step the journey will never begin. So if there is any inconvenient in that journey I would analyze it and surpass it, I consider myself as a young adult with responsibilities and with a brand new and wide world in front of me. There's nothing I can't learn or improve, I'm opened to new work experiences and new work-groups.
