With over fifteen years of experience as a biologist in the sustainability field and more than thirty years dedicated to my personal development through diverse therapies, coaching, and spiritual practices (an ongoing endeavor), it has become evident to me that achieving a paradigm shift for a truly sustainable society depends not only on science and technology. It also hinges upon developing a sense of individual responsibility, which is cultivated through self-awareness. What I discovered for myself was that there is nothing more important than to know who we truly are and our potential. So that we can consciously create the life we want to live and create the impact we want to see. And that is what I love to support my clients with. I also have a particular interest in working with the unraveling of women's potential and power. This focus stems from the recognition that we often endure the brunt of self-doubt and insecurity, a challenge I have personally encountered. Moreover, I believe that the changes our society urgently requires hinge upon the reinforcement of feminine aspects within our community.
