Performed geospatial and opensource intelligence research and analysis utilizing ArcGIS in support of security operations. Worked as a personal protection officer that provided high level security services including personal protection, high value item transfer, and threat analysis. Served on the diplomatic security team.

Served as U.S. Southern Command’s interagency liaison intern to multiple government agencies including federal law enforcement and intelligence, enabling increased efficiency in DOD support of Counter Transnational Crime and Counter Terror objectives. Communicated efforts between executive staff and various federal agencies including DIA, ICE, FBI, DEA, and NGA to synchronize preparation for crisis response operations which increased greater “Whole Of Government” approaches to shared objectives. Provided flexible coordination support to key military, interagency, and political officials to include generating documents enabling increased workflow efficiency and communication. Facilitated support for various conferences and meetings at the Conference Center of the Americas including the Business Executives for National Security Symposium and Law Enforcement Working Groups, creating environments for collaboration between partners in pursuit of regional objectives. Responsible for ensuring the integrity and safeguarding of classified and sensitive government information and materials which prevented unauthorized disclosures.

Worked as an associate on upper tier technical support team for university identity accounts and associated resources/applications, producing higher quality user access to various university system wide applications. Conducted technical research and data analysis for various internal audits and recommendations, resulting in increased internal application efficiency and usability by 50%. Developed technical documentation for account lifecycles, authorization forms, SOPs, and other end-user products which enabled incoming employees and future customer’s greater use and understanding of products and procedures. Worked in the Barnett Shale Natural Gas field, performing various tasks including releasing surface casing pressure through safety rig apparatuses, collecting test sample for chemical analysis, and providing customer support, which enabled client compliance to applicable laws, regulations and established procedures. Participated in sales operations and increased the company customer base by providing exceptional customer service through email and personal correspondence.
