Senior Human Resources Generalist
Current· Execute HR strategies aligned with firm-wide business objectives; continuously review, analyze, and recommend best practices to enhance HR service delivery.· Partner with Sr. HR Manager to review, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, and regulations; serve as a subject matter expert for internal policy interpretation.· Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation, training programs, terminations, and exit interviews.· Ensure accuracy and compliance of USCIS Form I-9; process certifications, reverifications, and E-Verify for new hires, and conduct periodic audits. Coordinate work visa and green card reporting; manage immigration process documentation; review billing and invoices for accuracy.· Analyze employee headcount and turnover data; identify patterns and suggest improvements; support annual compliance reporting (e.g., CA Pay Data, EEO-1 Component).· Manage leaves of absence, facilitate leave requests, and maintain recordkeeping and eligibility tracking. · Assist with visa and immigration programs; consult new hires on work visa transfers, international travel/visa applications, and permanent residence sponsorship needs.· Manage communication with stakeholders regarding immigration assessments and program policies; schedule meetings and provide support as needed
