This encompassed a wide array of tasks, including managing employee records, sick leaves, and processing holiday and sickness leave requests.Collaborating closely with the HR team, I actively assisted in the recruitment process by vetting candidates, offering crucial support during interviews, and ensuring the smooth issuance of employment contracts. Additionally, I supported and addressed a diverse range of internal and external HR inquiries, playing a pivotal role in maintaining a robust, responsive HR department.A significant part of my role involved meticulous organization and maintenance of employee records, utilizing a combination of paper, digital, and electronic systems to ensure accurate and accessible records, specifically managing holiday and sickness leaves. Moreover, I actively contributed to payroll processing, playing a role in documenting employee compensation and benefits, aligning with the organization's protocols and standards.Furthermore, I actively supported HR-related training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
