I currently serve as our CEO, overseeing company strategy, building new an innovative supply programs, and enhancing our Member Engagement team to grow our group.

As COO I aided in tripling our program offerings, along with guiding the organization to a true analytics leadership position in the GPO industry. We grew the company from 8 to 100 members, and are building the platforms to accelerate our membership and program growth while maintaining unparalleled service levels. I also guided our global expansion, beginning a European operation in 2019. In 2023 alone we added over 20 new members and 4 new program offerings including the creating of a logistics platform.

Property Ventures is a real estate investment company formed in 2003 to identify and renovate severely undervalued properties. Our focus is taking homes that are nearly unlivable and returning them to new construction conditions. We have successfully renovated and sold over 30 properties in eastern Ohio, driving an average owner ROI of over 80% while having navigated through one of the worst real estate recessions on record.

CTC is a small management consulting and tax advisory firm. The management consulting function is marketed solely through referrals and professional connections. Work included competitive analysis of various company operations, evaluation of new market opportunities, and supply chain consulting for multiple companies. Engagements with companies such as Sears, Goodyear, Jo-Ann Stores, Corning, Movie Gallery, Office Max, General Motors, Supervalu and others provided clients with valuable insight backed by strong research and thorough analysis.

Union Partners is a private equity and performance acceleration firm where I focused on acquisition identification and analysis as well as leading management consulting efforts.

Newry Corp is a strategy and innovation consulting firm, based in Westlake Ohio. I served as an independent contractor to the company, working both alone and in team environments, and as an advisor to other engagement teams. My work at Newry included competitive cost analysis, product placement analysis including intellectual capital evaluation, and corporate strategy work.

Worked on multiple initiatives at major fortune 100 clients including an organizational change initiative at a leading automobile manufacturer and a business process redesign involving the direct to consumer segment of a large office supplies company. Other initiatives focused on supply chain redesign and several strategy projects involving merchandise planning and category management. Individual roles varied from complex modeling responsibilities to leading a client team through a strategy development and implementation project.
