Senior Community Operations Specialist
Current- Provide high-quality front-facing customer support.- Proficient in the use of Uber tools, such as Bliss, Investigations Workbench, Compliance Tools, Partner Tools, and Salesforce.- Partner with management on improving/building support processes.- Troubleshoot and Problem solve through technical issues.- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders when needed.- Use proper escalation channels under program expectations.- Support teams by providing subject matter expertise and SOS support - Communicate effectively with various stakeholders when needed- Provide floor support for projects that have an impact on Greenlight KPIs and Expert engagement.- Act as an SME and provide feedback on processes and policies- Help with edge cases including real time solutions while monitoring the floor.
