Supervisory role in a customer care center. Assist agents with phone/email/livechat contacts and take first level escalations.

Hired in 2009 as a part-time resident coordinator. Main job responsibilities were to enforce house and program rules and emergency procedures as required, make rounds of the building and sleeping rooms as per procedure, sign residents out to work, school, etc. and to complete security requirements. Was promoted to full time in January 2010. Obtained Case Manager position in May 2013 and my job consisted of making sure my case load were following the house/program rules and that they are meeting their program requirements. I also prepared monthly reports for their respective probation/parole agents and maintained records of weekly meetings with the clients.

Worked as a Park Ranger from May 2006 until January 2008. Patrolled parks by vehicle, bicycle and foot. Maintained a safe park atmosphere by enforcing park rules and city ordinances and by identifying maintenance needs. Also operated the Millennium Park Ice Rink in the winter time. Also provided security and crowd/traffic control at special events.

Hired in as a dishwasher and busser. Was promoted to line cook after working there a few years. Responsibilities for dishwashing/bussing included cleaning all dishes, clearing tables and maintaining a clean work area. As a cook I was responsible for preparing food orders and maintaining a clean work area.
