Co-led a team of 10 people to develop a sustainable project for CARE Elementary School in 100 days. We won Outstanding Project to Year with our efforts to go above and beyond our initial project scope of installing classroom libraries and providing at-home books for every student. We renovated CARE's teacher lounge, built long-term relationships with school staff, furnished the new pre-K4 classroom, and hosted CARE's first-ever book fair.
