I was in charge of onsite operations at USCENTCOM for Calhoun International, LLC where I led a team of up to 25 personnel. My responsibilities included coordinating between corporate headquarters and local site personnel, managing client relationships, and I served as the first point of contact for employees. I also served as the local emergency continuity of operations plans coordinator for Tampa-based Calhoun International employees. On the client-side, I provided senior military and government officials with key information and analysis that enabled strategic decision-making.

In a relatively short time, I generated revenue in excess of $250K per month as one of the top in-home sales representatives. As an independent contractor, I worked on 100% commission via a lead-based system where I would meet with potential clients, educate those potential clients on the benefits of our product and convert them to sales. I also balanced the cash sheet, safe and registers and deposited the daily cash each night. I also implemented a creative employee incentive program and partnership with a local movie theater which increased overall employee productivity by 10% while reducing costs by 14% on a budget of 25K per year.
