-Responsible for lifecycle of employees in the Central America and Caribbean region.-Recruitment sourcer, onboarding, offboarding.-Payroll for Central America and the Caribbean.-Sales staff commission calculation.-Performance evaluation process.-Ensuring company's benefits program for employees.-Assisting in policy formulation.-Developing training and seminar programs.-Updating employee records and internal information system.-Processing HR invoices in the appropriate systems.-Implementing new projects.

-Payroll processing and registration with the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS) and National Insurance Institute (INS).-Management of internal system for entering HR information.-Handling and payment of suppliers, responsible for purchasing.-Quoting and organizing various activities for employees and corporate events.-Management and recording of customer payments and company expenses.-Administration and management of company bank accounts, control and management of petty cash (cash).-Assisting in monthly and annual financial closings.
