It was a formation for a company that works with investment funds with a client from luxemburg. I worked with Dataglide, and CRM of that company. It was an experience that alowed me to see a little bit what needs yo be done with funds as a Back Office Assistant.

As a multitasking receptionist I worked with F&B, Cleaning and Reception tasks as well

I carried out this internship in the human resources area, where I received and analyzed CVs to contact or not afterwards and gave feedback, carried out visits to the hotel for new employees and introduced all the staff, among other duties related to the human resources department.

I did this internship at the Hotel Reception where I carried out duties associated with a receptionist - check-in's, check-out's, invoicing, making reservations, answering the phone, among others. I also worked in the housekeeping department for one week and for another week I was given the opportunity to work in the store department where I received and placed orders, stock control and associated invoicing.
