About Daniela Suarez
As I was working in McCann Buenos Aires developing huge Web Platforms for enterprises all over the world, I quickly realized that I wanted to take the entrepreneurial path and what I wanted was to start my own software factory business. As soon as I came back to my hometown, Cuenca, I got a Master's degree in Web Platform Development Engineering, and also I studied Project Management with Agile Methodologies. In April 2015, I founded MyCodedMind, one of the first software factories in my town. Today we are the largest Software Factory in Cuenca, working with agile methodologies, developing highly complex software in more than 20 countries with an incredible team of more than 20 people. We work with companies that are looking for digital solutions or big agencies that require outsourcing services for their projects. We believe in the power of digital transformation, we deliver software products driven by innovation and passion.My role and expertise are to guide several developers' teams as a Scrum Master using agile methodology to deliver complex platforms for our clients. I work every day with special software like Jira to improve our process and the quality of our software.
