• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance and monitoring performance• Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency

Since 2017, I have run my own sub-contracting business taking on projects in the Commercial Construction and Renovation space. This has included managing up to 20 employees, quoting/sales, site visits, managing relationships with suppliers/vendors, and physically working in the field as required.Some previous projects we've completed include Kumon's learning centers, several dentist and doctor offices, Sunglasses Huts, commercial bays, cannabis shops, karaoke bars, Holt Renfew stores, Chanel stores, and many other restaurants, offices, etc. in North America.

In 2021, I returned to Midwest Group to work as a Sub-Contractor on a full-time basis performing the following duties:• Organizing workers• Meetings with clients• Ordered materials• Completing weekly production reports• Working on-site as a Interior Systems Mechanic• Some Project Management• Providing quotes to customers • Other duties as required
