Functions: - Using CDK to implement infrastructure as code, deploying Step Functions and Lambdas.- Using Jupyter Notebook (SageMaker) to test new code in projects, evaluating each section before translating it into Python.- Managing project versioning through GitHub.Achievements:- I designed and implemented the code for a state machine for a PII (Personally Identifiable Information) pipeline that classified the columns of a CSV file and determined whether each contained sensitive information or not, in order to assign IAM roles and limit access to this information.- I conducted research for the automation of invoices in Billing, aiming to provide customers with a report of the costs associated with AWS services. An API was developed in Flask to give the customer an interaction interface. However, it was demonstrated that this was neither viable nor a priority at the time, so I proposed a reporting dashboard instead.- I tested the extension of a product by creating a mock and implementing the product

Functions: - Install IBM Guardium tool in different environments such as Onpremise, hybrid and cloud environments (AWS, Oracle, Azure).- Perform onboarding to customers, explanation of the use of guardium and installation in their environment. - Perform support and monitoring to customers in cloud services and guardium.Achievements:- Implemented IAM policies creating user groups, improving security policies within the project team. - Managed and followed up 13 clients in the project area, for the integration with the Guardium tool.

Functions: - Prepare daily reports of the metrics stipulated by the client, generating alerts in case of anomalies.- Monitor IT security metrics of 8 banking clients using IBM's Guardium tool.- Review, manage and validate scripts of banking clients using SQL, where the integrity and structure required in each request is guaranteed. After the execution of the request, the correct and complete execution of the script is verified.Achievements: - I optimized processes for more efficient report logging, by means of Google tools.- I managed to propose, design, and carry out the accompaniment for the implementation of the automation of reading scripts in Python.

Functions: - Develop training, follow-up and resolution of doubts of new partners for a proper use of the administration platform, ensuring a successful integration process.- Provide technical support and supervision of the monitoring, administration, and ordering platforms for more than 300 partners, where personalized attention was provided to each one.- Receiving tickets through multiple channels such as Kustumer, Jira and WhatsApp, where we followed up and provided solutions to the requirements.Achievements:- I designed queries that facilitated the visualization of frequent requests from collaborators, reducing response times.- I achieved the mitigation of massive customer outages, shutting down one by one the affected nodes, avoiding massive cancellations, facilitating reconciliations between the company and the customer.

Functions: - Conduct the sanitization, organization, and constant updating of partner information to ensure compatibility between the partner platform and the company.- Provide training of new partners in the proper use of the partner administration platform, ensuring a successful integration process.- Support in the management and optimal use of the administration platform.Achievements:- I performed onboarding to more than three clients per week about the operation of Rappi's platform. - I managed the cleanup and implementation of extraordinary requests in a short period of time for external and internal clients.
