Co-authored the policy brief “Evidence-Base Strategies to Engage Men and Boys in Gender Integrated Health Interventions” in South East Asia. Advised on the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Strategy for the accountability program in Nepal, Liberia, and Pakistan.

• Established and led the operations for the CAT initiative, a grant program financed by Caterpillar Inc. to improve women’s health outcomes in Mexico, Panama, and Brazil.• Successfully managed a budget of $1.5 million to finance over 20 grant projects. • Led exploratory discussions and develop business opportunities, and partnerships strategy with a range of stakeholders, including the private sector, government agencies, and NGOs.• Designed and implemented processes and procedures for the efficient implementation of the program. Ensured partners fulfilled their contractual obligations. • Provided technical assistance to grantees on capacity development, program, result-based programming, and partnerships and outreach. • Raised US $3 million to finance the program for three additional years.

Queretaro Metropolitan Area

• Established the creation of two new units, on Gender and Youth engagement, to promote social inclusion and gender equality in the City. • Established partnerships with state and federal entities and successfully raised over US $100 thousand to support the gender equality program.• Designed and presented business development strategies for social impact programs.

Querétaro Area, Mexico

• Successfully established a partnership between the federal, state, and municipal authorities, and community and migrant members to implement the program. • Established integrated user-centered technology solutions across six municipal ministries to enhance government effectiveness, track service gaps, improved inter-agency coordination, and created road maps to guide social policy planning. • Led an interdisciplinary, cross-functional team of 20 consultants to produce community development plans that informed government strategic priorities and public expenditure. • Successfully raised US $500 thousand and introduced infrastructure works benefiting over 2000 people from a migrant community.
