I took the opportunity for this second additional role to my main one (MIA) in the company in order to expand my knowlegde and improve my skills in the SALES processes, become an expert on how Glovo Sales Executive methodology way of working works and leartn to apply it perfectly.My main responsibilities as a SE are: - Seal partnerships with the best local food accounts, always aligned with the company goals - making sure that all deals follow the required profitability- Contact new partners to source and negotiate the best conditions for the partners and Glovo- Building long term partnerships and ensure a fast and smooth onboarding for the partners- Research accounts, identify stakeholders/decision makers and generate interest about Glovo- Be an expert in all the tools (Salesforce, Admin and report dashboards)- Analyze results and identify my opportunities to achieve my targets - meet daily input targets (tasks, leads and opps impacted) and monthly/quarterly objectives defined by the company- Leads clean-up in the pipeline and keeping the pipeline updated on a daily basis

My main responsibilities as a Market Intelligence Analyst are:▫Managing and acquiring all total addressable market information (creating processes to acquire all restaurant information - from provider management to team management) and ensuring the data is valid and accurate. Also developing competitors analysis at a local level.▫Pipeline Management: in charge of prioritizing which leads do the SEs contact based on local knowledge, current goals and data analysis▫Processing Leads Tags: qualifying the leads and pre-qualify them based on their interest for Glovo:- Sales leads extra qualification: adding missing data such as phones, massive communications, etc.- Pre-qualification: classify the leads based on their possible interest for Glovo▫Identifying new local sources of leads: identify, propose and test new sources of leads▫Salesforce Database Quality Specialist: owner of the salesforce database quality, managing duplicates and assigning each account (lead, partner, etc.) to its real state▫Maintenance of Parent Accounts within salesforce in order to have a clear structure of the dealsAs a Salesforce Ambassador for Bulgaria I am in charge of:▫Cascading down Global Training to Local Teams▫Informing and supporting teams with Salesforce Updates;▫Attending SA Monthly meetings and share best practices▫Project Implementation defined by HQ

I am happy to be part of season 5 of Mentor the Young. ✨This is a free 3-month mentorship program that connects proactive students (mentees) aged 18 - 25 together with successful and inspiring professionals (mentors) with at least 5 years of experience.
