Oversaw the transition of a national sports league's newest expansion into the ECHL franchise during the 2009-2010 season. Scouted and recruited players and oversaw personnel issues including salary caps and payroll. Marketing Coordinator / Director of Amateur HockeyCoordinated shows, family-oriented events, promotions, and advertising in conjunction with the Vice President of Marketing for Joe Louis Arena and the Detroit Red Wings. Managed an annual advertising budget of $3M. • Supervised operations including concerts and events, including logistics, loading in/out of events, security. • Developed and implemented an amateur hockey outreach program, the first of its kind in the National Hockey League. Owing to its favorable reception, the program was soon replicated throughout the NHL.
