I joined Mogli after a career in international development and commercial real estate that took me across the United States and over a dozen countries in sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, including operational support and monitoring and evaluation plan design/implementation in Ethiopia, Mozambique, Ghana, Cambodia, Vietnam, Nepal, Rwanda, and Uganda. I bring expertise in developing and implementing innovative digital solutions. With a robust background in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), financial analysis, and market research, I thrive on leveraging technology to drive strategic decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness. I hold a Master of Science in Finance, a graduate certificate in Development Practice from Regis University, and certifications as a Salesforce.com Administrator and Platform Application Builder. In my current role, I serve as a trusted liaison in the sales process when complex technical services are involved and as a central source of continuity for clients by implementing custom solutions post-sale. As an integral part of the company and product growth, I contribute technical expertise to Mogli's partners, marketing department, and product team. Some of the key projects I have worked on in the past include the development of M&E plans and MIS systems for social enterprises and grant programs reaching thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs in the global south, the development of a loan distribution system built to allow for the tracking and management of Kiva loans, and leading the automation and streamlining of iDE's Global key performance indicator (KPI) system. I have leveraged my skills in Salesforce, ODK, Excel/Sheets, and other digital solutions to design and implement effective and user-friendly decision-making systems. When not immersed in data, I enjoy exploring the great outdoors in Colorado and chasing his two kids around the globe with his wife.
