I focus my practice on real estate litigation, commercial litigation, employment litigation, and construction defect litigation. I have also represented clients with regard to premises liability matters, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, trade secrets litigation, copyright litigation, and trademark litigation.As part of my real estate litigation practice, I have represented clients in cases involving breaches of purchase contracts, foreclosures, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, and claims by and against homeowners associations. My construction defect litigation cases have included claims arising from defective roofing, plumbing, carpentry, excavation, and HVAC systems.My employment litigation experience includes claims involving breach of contract, breach of duty of loyalty, non-compete agreements, wage-and-hour violations (FLSA), and employment discrimination (Title VII and corresponding state statutes).
