I am currently working as Project Lead Brand & Packaging at 7-Eleven Australia, where I oversee the design and packaging process by collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders within the business, briefing agencies, and approving final artwork for print. My role demands a delicate balance of creative, strategic, and technical skills, where I am responsible for ensuring that the design is both competitive and compelling, analyzing category and customer data to ensure successful design, and problem-solving for packaging functionality and print technical requirements.Prior to my current role, I began my career as a printing apprentice and qualified in 2009, spending approximately seven years as a printer. I then transitioned to account management, commercial development for an Out-of-Home advertising company, and project management of FMCG packaging and retail POS. My combined experience in creative design, branding, account services, commercial development, and hands-on manufacturing provides me with a unique perspective and extensive understanding of the processes required to add value to any project.
