Served as the Project Manager for the B2D2 Project. The B2D2 Project is an End of Life Asset Replacement of Potash Handling Systems that comprise roughly 66% of Neptune Terminals' Potash Handling capabilities and valued at 1 billion dollars. Assumed responsibility for the project approximately a year and a half into the engineering effort and was charged with completing engineering to the maximum extent possible to allow for the creation and delivery of a control budget and construction schedule for Stakeholder review and approval. Led a 50-person Project Team comprised of Owner and EPCM personnel that included Design Leads, Engineering Management, Documentation Control, Health & Safety, Procurement and Contracting, Cost Control, Environmental Permitting, Admin Support, Commissioning Management, Maintenance/Operations Supervisors, Construction Management and Planning personnel.Highlights Included:-Delivered the Control Budget and Construction Schedule as charged-Successfully formed a Hybrid EPCM Organization midway through the project that brought on the engineering management, procurement, and construction management skill sets required to augment the existing Owner's Team without impacting the progress of delivering the control budget and construction schedule. -Successfully managed the interfaces and relationships between the Project Team and over 45 different companies (Engineering Firms, Construction Contractors, and Supply Vendors) to develop the Stakeholder-required deliverables in the first phase of the project.-Utilized my experience to help team members develop and implement processes and procedures used to manage the project (change management, information dissemination, design standards, executive decision approval, etc.).

Served as the Drilling Systems Manager for the Awilco Drilling Project Team overseeing the Nordic Winter and Nording Spring Semi-submersible construction projects at KFels Shipyard, Singapore, reporting directly to the Awilco Project Manager. Responsible for ensuring that the Drilling and Well Control Equipment Packages (and accompanying documentation) meet the operational and contractual requirements of Awilco Drilling. Upon cancellation of the two projects, I was retained to assist the Awilco Executive Management and Legal Team through a two-year arbitration process between Awilco and Keppel Fels by providing data analysis and input to legal proceedings.
