Empowering and leading a multicultural team to establish and enforce market presence, managing, coaching & improving team performance.Performance managing team members and ensuring all the team is meeting targets, remove performance bottlenecks/blockers and work on projects to improve performance. Responsible for reaching margin and volume KPIs in the CEE region. Guide overall strategies, tactical execution and coordination across functions within countries, ensure that strategies are consistent with overall European strategies. Responsible for developing country-specific strategies, finding proper distributors, training their sales force, monitoring competitors' activity, conducting market mapping regularly
