Reference projects:- City Circularity Improvement: conceptual development of an IT system (web and app-based) withfunctionalities aimed at nudging behaviour, fostering citizen engagement through gamification, andstimulating the local economy.- Wine Sector Circularity Improvement: value chain analysis, logistics redesign (with reverse logistics design), and bottling system redesign.- Business Planning: including business and strategy design, market analysis, and partnership prospecting for a flood barrier & water spillage protection business, and a summer events garden.

PIP is a dynamic programme aimed at broadening horizons, breaking boundaries and taking participants outside of their comfort zones. Aliados is an innovation consulting firm focused on solving and executing solutions for the core economic challenges of the Impact and Circular Economy.There I was responsible for developing a Knowledge, Tools, Metrics and Indicators Database on the Topic of Circular Economy to serve as a base of knowledge to potentially aid the company’s value proposition in related projects.

During these functions had the opportunity to develop work monitoring and management skills and people management by integrating the General Directorate of U.DREAM at the city of Braga level.I was responsible for the management of the Officers and results of the External Relations and Marketing departments.
