As part of the managent team I oversaw a group of content and analytics experts to optimize video and social media content to reach the largest possible audience. In this role I was responsible for distribution, sales inventory, data and insights. The main KPI's being inventory & revenue optimization and audience distribution & conversion from social media outlets to the broader RTL umbrella of online and offline brands.

As Senior Channel Manager at RTL MCN I was responsible for designing and implementing the data driven strategy of the unit. This included unlocking of data streams, data dashboarding, employee training, data evangelism and KPI setting.

As one of the founding members of RTL MCN (the online video division of RTL The Netherlands), I was responsible for YouTube and social video channel management for RTL MCN's owned and operated platforms and premium partners.
