After working in several positions for Sodexo Pass Czech Republic (from IT project manager over logistics and operations director to sales and marketing director) over some 12 years, I gathered the experience to be promoted to a GM position abroad and was posted as GM of Sodexo Pass Shanghai. After 3+ years experience in China, I returned back to Czech Republic and joined the main division of Sodexo - On-site service solutions as sales and marketing director, responsible for business development and marketing & communication. After a year in the post, I have been promoted to the position of GM for Czech Republic and later on after a merger with the Slovak entity also for Slovakia.In 2015 I became the country president for CZ and SK and executive sales director for the region of Central and Eastern Europe, a postion that I held for a year.As of September 2016, while keeping the country president role for Sodexo On-Site Services (food and FM services), I was appointed as CEO for the division of Benefits and Rewards Services (employee benefits and motivation services).Specialties: - Leadership in difficult situations- Knowledge of all aspects of B2B- Good IT / technical / operations background- Excellent presentation and sales skills- Multiple languages- Experience in all areas of company management, from back office over front office to general management
