Mr. Cole combines his private practice knowledge base with pragmatism and business know-how developed while working at Equity Residential and The Harp Group. While at Equity, Mr. Cole assisted in the structuring of all development joint ventures for the company’s portfolio, which, at the time, consisted of approximately $1.6B of pending development projects. Mr. Cole graduated in 1991 with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois. In 1994, Mr. Cole received his J.D. from the University of Illinois, where he was also a member of the Law Review. Mr. Cole also has passed the C.P.A. examination and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois.
