While at Equity, Mr. Cole assisted in the structuring of all development joint ventures for the company’s portfolio, which, at the time, consisted of approximately $1.6B of pending development projects. Mr. Cole graduated in 1991 with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois. In 1994, Mr. Cole received his J.D. from the University of Illinois, where he was also a member of the Law Review. Mr. Cole also has passed the C.P.A. examination and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois.
