Managed Youth Music's grant-making cycle ensuring delivery against our funding strategy and business plan while line managing a small team. Across 2018-19 I created a strategy to embed youth voice and participation practices across the organisation leading to growth in engagement with young people, significant new public and private investment, the creation of two new funds for 18-25 year olds, and the formation of a new Engagement Team which I now lead.

Engagement Manager for the Creative Employment Programme, a £15m Arts Council fund to support the creation of 6,500 new traineeships, apprenticeships and paid internships for unemployed young people across the arts and cultural sector.

Working in partnership with Arts Council England, LOCOG and Legacy Trust UK, the Creative Jobs Programme was set up to develop a lasting skills legacy for the Cultural Olympiad by creating employment and training opportunities for young people at arts organisations involved in the London 2012 Festival. Precursor to the Arts Council's new Creative Employment Programme.

Led by the Royal Opera House in partnership with 11 prestigious London cultural venues, the Culture Quarter Programme used the former Future Jobs Fund to set up a unique training and employment programme offering unemployed young people work in the creative and cultural sector. Employability project at community based charity Vital Regeneration offering young people not in employment, education or training a wide range of careers based information advice and guidance. Funded by Westminster City Council, ESF and LDA, this Matrix accredited service specialised in apprenticeship advice for both job seekers and employers, providing recruitment and HR support to a number of City of Westminster contractors.
