Lead, Mass Segment Strategic Programmes
Current- Conceptualise and launch Always-on and Ad hoc cross-sell campaigns to existing customers to drive incremental sales - Manage the implementation of Group-wide Marketing Cloud solutions in Singapore - Lead the growth of Mass Segment through direct to distributor programmes with incentive schemes and product propositions (Tied Agency, Independent FA, Bancassurance (SCB/UOB))- Drive uplift in Young Families and Golden Age sub-segments through hyper-personalisation and targeted programme- Creative development & execution of EDM/SMS campaigns to generate leads and acquire new-to-Prudential customers- Creative Agency management- Oversee automation and development of lifecycle triggered campaigns to drive retention and grow customer base - Management of junior staff to launch campaigns- Coordinate department budget for advertising and marketing spends
