An overseas internship experience with SMU's GII program, I was actively involved in True Digital Park Bangkok Global Startup Hub's day to day operations which include coordinating between local and foreign startups, organising and executing global outreach events and research and development for in-house products.

Embarked on a short-term contract role at GrabFood Singapore where I utilised Salesforce to onboard, track and update merchant’s status within Grab ecosystem, dealing with both the consumer and backend systems. Also worked in a team which onboards merchants by learning to familiarise with and manage the GrabFood application

Under the innovation group, I researched and developed a "Future Engineer Concept" to showcase current industrial innovation trends at the launch of KrisLab, Singapore Airline's newly-launched innovation sandbox to drastically improve how technicians and engineers work on daily basis. Also worked on multiple projects encompassing automation, RFID, machine learning and 3D printing prototyping to enhance worker productivity and onboarding of novel technological initiatives.
