At Millennium Security, I serve as the CCTV Operations Manager & Workshop Production Manager, a role I've held since 2023. In this capacity, I've spearheaded the expansion of our solar CCTV surveillance towers, driving the count from approximately 60 to over 200 within a single year. My responsibilities encompass all facets of the operation, including research and development, construction oversight, programming, and refurbishment of these towers.A pivotal aspect of my role involves cross-departmental collaboration to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. By integrating advanced safety features into our towers, I've not only improved usability but also elevated safety standards across the board.One of my notable achievements has been the implementation of battery monitoring systems within CCTV towers, significantly minimising field downtime and maximising operational uptime. Additionally, I've played a key role in facilitating training programs for new engineering recruits, ensuring their seamless integration into our operations and maintaining the highest standards of performance.Through meticulous planning and management, I've ensured the continuous availability of CCTV towers for deployment, effectively meeting operational demands and contributing to the overall success of our surveillance infrastructure.

At Quark Flavoured - Energy, Security and IT (Pty) Ltd also known as QF Systems, I held the position of CCTV Engineer/Founder from 2010 to 2022. Throughout my tenure, I consistently achieved high levels of success by executing installation tasks to meet stringent quality standards and deadlines.My role involved engaging with clients in a professional manner, providing comprehensive support and assistance tailored to their needs. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in incorporating firmware into various devices, network components, and embedded systems to enhance operational efficiency.Key achievements during my time at QF Systems include minimising operational downtime by expediting equipment servicing with precision. Moreover, I successfully expanded the workforce from a sole proprietorship to a team of over 30 employees, demonstrating leadership and management skills.One of the significant contributions I made was the implementation of thermal CCTV systems in estates. This initiative led to a substantial decrease in theft incidents and resulted in a reduction in monthly security expenditures by eliminating the necessity for on-site security personnel.

At SiteWatch – Vision & Security, I served as a CCTV Installation Manager from 2006 to 2009. In this role, I was responsible for strategizing schedules to maintain exemplary service standards while optimising payroll expenditures.
