I help organizations identify vulnerabilities, enhance cybersecurity resilience, and fortify their defenses against ever-evolving threats. With nearly two decades of experience in cybersecurity, I’ve honed my ability to transform complex problems into practical solutions that safeguard some of the world’s largest companies.Over the years, I’ve discovered that success is rooted in building connections, fostering trust, and enabling teams to innovate. Designing and delivering Red Teams for leading global companies revealed the importance of tailoring approaches to meet unique challenges. Advising CISOs and Boards of Directors taught me the critical role clear communication plays in shaping impactful decisions.Leading the US Penetration Testing team at EY has highlighted the transformative power of collaboration and mentorship for the teams I support and for my professional growth. Working alongside such a motivated and creative group of individuals has reinforced the importance of curiosity and adaptability in a rapidly evolving field. With the adoption of Artificial Intelligence continuing to grow, my work is centered on the belief that our industry is about people as much as technology. I’m dedicated to cultivating environments where individuals feel empowered, supported, and inspired to contribute their best. That belief drives every success I’ve achieved and the legacy I aim to leave behind. You can find some of my research on conferences such as the ISC2 Congress and HOU.SEC.CON.
