Current• Data Analysis - Assisting in gathering, organising, and analysing data relevant to planning activities. This may involve market research to support decision-making.• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to planning activities. This could include summarising findings, creating charts or graphs, and communicating key insights to stakeholders.• Scheduling and Coordination: Help coordinate meetings, workshops, and other planning events. • Supporting Planning Processes: Helping to create timelines, milestones, and deliverables, as well as tracking progress towards goals.• Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments or teams to gather information, share updates, and ensure alignment on planning activities. • Problem Solving: Assist in identifying potential issues or challenges that may arise during the planning process and contribute to developing solutions to address them.• Training and Development: Stay informed about new developments in planning methodologies, software tools, and industry trends.
