As a Marketing Executive my role covers the following areas of responsibility:Social Media Manager: After swapping roles, I re-strategised the way our team ran the @one Alliance LinkedIn page which had grown from 3,000 to nearly 11,000 in just over one year. This includes planning, content capturing & posting content, whilst analysing the data to identify areas of potential progression.Content Capture: I regularly travel across the Anglian Water region on site visits capturing video and photography content to be used across social media or internally by project teams or internal communications. Video Editing: I frequently work with teams across the Alliance, supply chain and partner organisations to create video content for external and internal including monthly all hands calls, site tours and project videos using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.Copywriting: I write case studies for external publication and work with project teams to create and submit award entries for organisations including the Construction News Awards and the British Construction Industry Awards. Miscellaneous: In my role I also work very closely with the Internal Communications team and support where needed including filming & streaming the organisations all-hands call and supporting on internal content capture where needed.Recruitment: Aiding the recruitment team by driving awareness & engagement towards the jobs section on our Linkedin page and within the first year, we've hired 33 recruits, saving the organisation £235,000 in agency cost savings.

Project Delivery: I played a significantly important role in the successful delivery of multi-million projects across the Water Recycling region in the Anglian Water's @one Alliance. This was made possible by creating strong relationships within the project teams to track and dispense the information needed to do their jobs effectively, alongside keeping the project running smoothly throughout the design phase of a project.Documentation: Co-ordinated delivery milestones documentation in time, prior to the project moving into the next delivery milestone stage. I assisted the Project Engineers in compiling project reports to ensure projects remain within authorised budgets and schedules.Administration: Overseeing weekly, monthly & project based meetings by organising, taking meeting minutes & identifying issues to ensure the project timelines are kept in line with programme dates.
