Revamped internal workflow processes and best practices to improve staff production. Identified and discontinued resource intensive services that had low or no profit margin. Significantly reduced expenses by negotiating better rates with existing providers, switching content delivery network, and signing new providers which expanded our available services while also lowering costs. Improved our customer support services by enhancing online tools, expanding knowledge database, and revising production standards which drastically reduced support calls. Developed new applications while also enhancing existing software for a hosting platform serving over 140 sites. Applications built include a national, private social media tool created exclusively for plaintiff lawyers. It allowed lawyers to connect with colleagues to exchange case information, blog, share photos, videos, and files. Members were also able to post message on to colleague's white board.Enhanced the platform permission features so groups were dynamically created based on member demographics. This added significant flexibility to target different audiences with content geared specifically for them.
