I am a manager within Draftfcb's Customer Intelligence Group. I work across a spectrum of consumer product categories across all marketing venues such as promotions, retail, above-the-line and CRM. My goal, regardless of the marketing channel, is to breath life into my team's work and lead them to deliver inventive, fact-based strategies that reduce uncertainty and increase effectiveness.

My responsibilities centered around database marketing infrastructure development, such as centralized consumer & prospect database development and CRM platform development. My specific role was to lead business requirements gathering and documentation.
