Cryogenic Service Technician
Current- Responsible for all Cryogenic Liquid Tank and Pump operation for the cylinder filling plant - Highly skilled at operating advanced high pressure cylinder filling including limited automation, safety systems, electronic monitoring, centrifugal and hydraulic pumps as well as all associated piping and controls - Effectively coordinates the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and general maintenance of Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, CO2, and Hydrogen filling systems - Presently only 1 of 3 technicians certified to install, service, and maintain Healthcare facilities - Partnered with the Project Manager on the removal and reinstallation of all cryogenic liquid systems included alarms at St. Joseph Hospital in coordination with the hospital expansion - Designs system for optimal performance taking into consideration all relevant factors and requirements - Ensures all sites are up to code and within any applicable state and federal guidelines - Stepped outside of core role often to support other facets of the company including welding projects and the cylinder filling plant transition - Currently fulfilling the role of Engineer and Master Electrician whom built the original fill plant
