This includes ordering products from various suppliers, negotiating critical delivery/install dates with suppliers and stakeholders, resolving issues with delayed products, understanding and successful integration of new technologies to our products on-site, and managing the installation timeline with the installation team often while having to manage competing project deadlines.

Building quick rapport with clientele both on the phone and in person was vital to being successful in this role; by building rapport I was able to effectivley service my clients needs, ensure return business or word of mouth business and negotiate beneficial outcomes for both the client and the dealership. My success in this role was recognised by GMH Holden with Holden Sales Guild achiever status in 2012 and 2014 for finishing in the top 3 highest performing sales people in my dealership region.
