Conceived to dispense episodic wisdom to at-risk teenagers through story-driven narratives, Lost & Found approached issues common to the demographic in a way that was relatable, insightful and encouraging in a medium and style current to the generation.I played a leading role in the project's creative direction and conceptualisation. I wore many hats throughout the production pipeline, undertaking and contributing to roles such as scriptwriting, character creation, storyboarding, art oversight and post-production, motion direction, and liaisons with client and partner agencies. I also designed the holding website for the production.ASEAN CHRONICLESAnother notable project was an interactive educational project for the Media Development Authority (MDA). It featured a series of mini games embedded within an animated story that follows a transnational secret spy on a mission that takes him through Southeast Asia, uncovering fun facts and bites of history along the way. I learned how each institution developed methods and platforms unique to their areas of oversight.My responsibilities encompassed aspects of editorial management, working with colleagues and clients to cobble everything from campaigns to name cards. As a weapons operator in Squadron 163, I was proficient in the operation and maintenance of the i-Hawk missile system. We were trained to work in fire units, each with uniquely delegated interdependent roles.In the 2006 National Day Parade, I represented the squadron as part of the mobile column. Four months of being drilled to perfection paid off in recognition for the importance of our role in national security.This year I return for my 7th cycle of refresher training.
