This role for Warrington Borough Council is focused on the the extraction and reporting of data from the Council's social care ICT systems. My responsibilities include obtaining meaningful and accurate data from the systems as requested, and presenting and reporting this information in an appropriate manner for the requestors to use.

This role is a continuation of my work for Cheshire East Council, but with an expanded scope as the Shared Service is reformed into the new company Cosocius. I continue to provide ICT support for the various ICT systems used by our customers, with tasks ranging from answering helpdesk queries directly to managing upgrades, changes and other maintenance.

This role is a continuation and expansion of my work for Cheshire County Council after the council is separated into Cheshire East And Cheshire West & Chester councils. The role includes providing advanced support for a number of ICT systems for both councils as part of a Shared Service. Working in this role has involved managing changes to the various ICT systems, testing updates and patches, and providing helpdesk support to system users.
