Collaborated with Executive Team to ideate, build team, brand, and implement Threshold – Arizona’s First-Ever centralized landlord liaison service. Identified - Threshold achieved 620 new landlords recruited within first 2 years, reducing housing search times of across all CoC voucher programs by 29 days.- Administers public grant of $7.5 million over 4 years including hiring team, developing processes and guidelines, adhering to contracts and procurement, financial management, and daily operations of landlord engagement.- Oversees Landlord Support efforts including lease renewals, rent reasonableness, landlord education, risk mitigation fund administration, and security deposit disposition. Directs over-arching goals and execution of Inspection Department, exceeding SEMAP performance and an average request to inspection time of 1.7 days.- Strategic leader during substantial software development and enhancement of Padmission Connect and Padmission Journey.

Oversees the following programs: Rapid Rehousing (RRH) for Families, RRH Youth, RRH DV, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF), Supportive Housing (SH), as well as the Workforce Development Department. Managed 11 public and private grants amounting to an operational budget of $8.32 million, serving over 2400 individuals per year and overseeing 52 staff.• Proposed and Awarded $3.15 million from the City of Phoenix for RRH Families and Singles, including ideation, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and financial and operational projections. This is the largest amount allocated to homelessness by the City of Phoenix.• Initiated systemic overhaul of SNAPCAN programming to increase revenue from $120k to $1.8 million, annually.• Increased performance measures of programs per KPI expectations across exits.• Led and implemented logic modeling process to ensure a calculated approach to programming. Developed decision making process to filter all new initiatives through a trauma informed care, client centered, strengths-based lens.• Emphasized the importance of data-driven programs by creating employment assessment data collection tools to be used during case management to identify program strength and weaknesses. • Effective leader across programs and innovative analytical person beyond what is required, lending expertise in documentation, qualitative and quantitative data, and program modeling across multiple shelter, housing, supportive services, and financial departments.

Implemented a comprehensive workforce program across all UMOM programs, including New Day Center Family Shelter (250 adult clients), Halle Women’s Center (129 clients), RRH and PSH housing programs (650 supported adults), and Tumbleweed youth programs.• Identified by the Department of Economic Security, Funders Together, and Culinary Kitchen as a leading expert in SNAP CAN implementation and billing. Noted as “most effective Workforce Dept that receives funding from DES”, including obtaining the highest employment outcomes in Arizona who have received DES funding.• Advocated for and co-led build out of a new employment center, including securing new funding sources, leading contractors, and purchasing 24 workstations and a 17-tablet training room. • Led WFD team to increas % of clients gaining employment from 19% to 43% over 12 months at Halle Women’s Center; over 180 jobs obtained; from 23% to 46% in NDC Family shelter; 37% to 48% in RRH, PSH, and SSVF programs.• Fostered and maintained relationships with over 240 employers in Maricopa County to develop an efficient candidate-to-job-offer pipeline, planning and managing events such as monthly job fairs, weekly employer hiring events and job readiness workshops. Initiated relationships with 80 new employers.
