The programme, officially launched in 2012, offers developers all around the world the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge of ARM technology to employers and peers by sitting an exam to gain an 'ARM Accredited Engineer' certification.In my time at ARM I successfully managed the creation of the ARM Accredited Engineer Program, completely from scratch, the definition of a roadmap of exams, the creation and launch of the first two exams in this roadmap and the marketing and promotion of the accreditations at various global events and through various media channels. I commissioned and managed the delivery of a full suite of learning and support materials around the first two exams.I also established a global infrastructure of over 25 third party training partners all around the world to support the introduction, promotion and delivery of this program.
