• Performed duties as a Secretary of the Air Force Inspector General expert on Air Force nuclear surety programs, security, and safety. Evaluated 3 Major Commands, 14 units, and 36 thousand Airmen globally.• Ensured certified nuclear-capable units maintained the capability to receive, store, secure, assemble, transport, maintain, load, mate, lock/unlock, test, render safe, and employ nuclear weapons.• Prepared and published inspection reports and briefed results to Air Force and Department of Defense leaders.• Planned, organized, and executed Nuclear Surety Inspections (NSI) on AF units. Evaluated leadership, guidance, communication, and attitude of unit commander and key supervisors.• Analyzed and provided feedback to senior leaders on whether deficiencies are the result of individual error or reflect management or supervisory training/experience gaps.• Assessed the overall effectiveness of the unit's implementation of the Personnel Reliability Assurance Program by focusing on processes and procedures through observation, scenarios, and interviews.• Assessed certification, continual evaluation, removal from Personnel Reliability Assurance Program duties, return to duty, training, and management processes.• Evaluated Prime Nuclear Airlift Force support plans, security support, and logistical movements in accordance with applicable policies.• Evaluated and analyzed headquarters organization's processes of codifying its strategy, by producing the organization's vision, mission, priorities, goals, and objectives in an approved strategic plan.• Served as the commander's/director's representative regarding Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements and the point of contact for all OPSEC-related issues.• Participated in budget development activities to identify manpower, funding, and resources to effectively implement and sustain the OPSEC program.
