Dan Pagel is an accomplished customer success professional with over 12 years of experience in providing customized solutions for clients across several industries such as education, financial services, and others. In his role as a SmartPath account manager, Dan is responsible for managing key client relationships. He focuses primarily on enhancing user engagement and adoption through innovative outreach programs and communication strategies.Prior to joining SmartPath, Dan held a position at Pearson Education, where he oversaw business relationships between Pearson and university partners. With a background rooted in service and education, he brings a unique perspective to his account partnerships. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in Technological Entrepreneurship and Management from Arizona State University and he is a proud U.S. Army veteran. Dan lives outside Phoenix with his wife, three daughters, and rescue dog, Ozzy. When he’s not on “girl dad” duties, you can find him reading a new book, watching sci-fi TV shows, and experimenting with recipes in the kitchen.
