In SAP I'm a strong reference in the context of SAP ERP technologies for worldwide utilities companies.My activity focus on architecture, innovation, evolution and control of the whole meter-to-cash, settlement, waste disposal processes and their integrations. In this context, I took part in full life cycle implementation projects and in other high value engagements for Italian, European and worldwide customers.Since June 2018 I act in SAP as Enterprise Architect also.During 2020, internally to SAP organization, I delivered official SAP Model Company based Implementation Delivery training course.

In IBM I'm been responsible for the design and configuration of end-to-end business processes in full life cycle implementation projects for Italian utilities companies.My activities have focused primarily on functional areas of Billing, Invoicing, Printing and Sales and Distribution, with the aim of completing therefore, in relation to previous experience, my skills on the whole SAP IS-U software and its integrations.

In Accenture I have held managerial and operational roles, in a context of projects for the main Italian utilities companies. I’m been in various full-cycle implementation projects the team-leader of Pre-Billing Functional Team, coordinating activities between functional and development teams and monitoring the progress of activities. In this context, from the operational point of view, I’m been an expert reference in relation to the SAP IS-U software and its functional areas of Device Management and Master Data.During 2013 and 2014, internally to Accenture organization, I delivered official training courses on SAP IS-U Master Data and Device Management modules. Moreover, during 2015 I was elected as one of the "Accenture Core Values Representative” in my company division ("to be ethically correct and inspire confidence by saying only what is really meant, to match words and deeds and take responsibility for their actions"): in this context, I worked in management support for the implementation of actions to improve the work environment.
