I was the visual lead on major digital projects for various clients. My responsibilities included creating user interfaces, visual design systems, iconography, and infographics. I used user research data to guide design decisions and led workshops and presentations to communicate concepts to clients and stakeholders.Led the comprehensive visual redesign of Swedbank’s Online Bank, transforming it into a modern, responsive and accessible digital banking platform.Designed the user interface for ‘Expense Control’, a feature that significantly enhanced user engagement and financial oversight in Swedbank’s apps. This work was recognized with the Midas Gold Award for best Design and User Experience.Developed a visual design system to improve Swedbank’s data presentation, focusing on clearer infographics, strong typography and color use with WCAG 2.1 compliance.Ran workshops with our clients to understand their needs and project goals.Played a crucial role in the agency’s pitch processes, contributing innovative design concepts that helped secure new client relationships.

In this role, I served as the lead designer for multiple banking applications, developing digital visual guidelines for both services and advertising. A key aspect of my work involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business objectives and technical requirements. I also played a key role in client presentations, articulating design rationales, demonstrating how our solutions met business objectives.Led the visual design efforts for Swedbank iPad Bank, Mobilbanken företag, and Mobilbanken Ung, creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces tailored to diverse user groups.Developed services within Mobilbanken Privat, establishing cohesive digital visual guidelines that spanned both service design and advertising materials.Implemented responsive design principles and guidelines, ensuring a consistent user experience across various devices and platforms.

My role encompassed the entire design lifecycle, from concept to final implementation. I worked closely with clients to understand their needs, conducted user research to inform design decisions, and collaborated with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
