I decided to try and change the Italian theatre production and education market by creating a business company like no others. Delivering project based theatre productions, Teatro L'Amaca was striving to be a hub for actors, companies and venues.I filled every position myself:- Administration- Strategy- Promotion- Production (Theatre making and theatre teaching)- R & D

The venue was a 500 people theatre, 100 people cinema with a bar inside.The job structure was to be created, the theatre techniques were to be reorganised, the venue itself needed cleaning up after two years being closed.Every individual (myself included) was to be allocated to jobs matching their potential skills.An economical and social engagement plan was to be devised to make the theatre profitable.I ended up being:- Light and Audio Tech- part of the Board of DIrectors- Cinema operator- Events managing (Esci da Questo Corpo physical Theatre festival with graduated LISPA actors)- Host for public and outside artists
