The routes under my responsibility span from Liverpool and Manchester towards Leeds/York and branching out as far North as Newcastle and Edinburgh. Core role responsibilities include:- Leading post incident investigations that have impacted service delivery with internal and external stakeholders such as Network Rail, BTP and other Train Operators. Tenaciously striving to influence positive change or new practice to prevent disruptive incidents from repeating. With the view to pro-actively protect Customer journeys. - Spearheading internal change within the business to enable more resilient, reliable service delivery to ensure Customer journeys have more scope for resilience and recovery. - Analysis of large volumes of data to identify trends and specific areas where performance improvement is required and acting independently upon findings to drive continuous improvement. - Calculation of daily, weekly and periodic performance data which is then ran into various formats for industry wide presentations. Reforming data into more presentable and understandable formats for audiences both internal and external to the industry. Show less
